JEBCO Properties are local, family-owned business parks for industrial and contractor operations, including buildings, yard space and parking for commercial vehicles and RVs. We also have enclosed storage units.
JEBCO locations are close to freeways for quick and easy access:
- Interstate 5, Exit 286, North Wilsonville (Graham’s Ferry Road property)
- Interstate 5, Exit 286, North Wilsonville (Brown Yard property)
- Interstate 205, Exit 16, Portland (Mt Scott Industrial Park property)
We take pride in the safety and appearance of each JEBCO property. All are fenced, and our long-term tenants know each other and keep an eye out for the common good.

This is our Frith Family! Everybody in this picture has contributed in some way to build JEBCO Properties into what it is today. From the careful acquisition of our three location to the grandkids shoveling gravel, this is a small business in the best of ways.
The mastermind behind JEBCO Properties is our founder and patriarch, Tom Frith (pictured front left). Sitting next to him is Jan, his wife of over 60 years. Together, they have worked hard and sacrificed a lot to build their legacy from the ground up.

Bill brings expertise in logistics, contracts and customer relations from his 25+ year insurance career. He helped build JEBCO Properties into a tight running operation with a focus on our tenants.

Erin Frith Duffy
When we acquired the Mt Scott property, Erin, a successful small business owner in her own right, came on board to tackle administration and ensure systems run smoothly across the three properties.
